Calligraphy Scroll Birthday Cake

This was for my sister-in-law's 30th Birthday. She is a professional calligrapher, and although I am not, I gave it my best attempt when writing the words! Edible feather, inkwell, and dogwood flowers are handcrafted from fondant.

Moving to Hawaii Cake

This was for a retirement/moving to Hawaii party. Orchids are sculpted and hand-painted white chocolate.
